Corporate Psychopaths and Organisational Reputation

As corporate psychopaths demonstrate a lack of care for their employees, their firm, their brand image and their suppliers, clients and customers, then this gradually influences the reputation of the organisation they supposedly work for.

Word of mouth about this lack of care becomes widespread and the reputation of the organisation for fairness, trustworthiness and reliability declines. As time passes less and less people want to do business with the organisation and it loses clients and revenue. An ethically bankrupt corporation gradually becomes a financially bankrupt organisation.
