Corporate Psychopath?
Rather than work under corporate psychopath managers, employees become disheartened and they increasingly disengage with the organisation they work for. Eventually everyone leaves the affected organisation or the part of the organisation where the corporate psychopath manager holds court.
A large minority
choose to leave even before they have another position to go to and their career can be put on hold for a number of years as they come to terms, psychologically, with their experiences of working under a corporate psychopath.
