Corporate Psychopaths and Job Satisfaction

The presence of psychopathic managers appears to be the single main determinant of employee job satisfaction.

Corporate psychopaths influence job satisfaction directly and also via its other determinants. For example, conflict, yelling and arguments all increase under the influence of corporate psychopaths and conflict, yelling and arguments all affect job satisfaction. Corporate psychopaths also influence employee emotional exhaustion and burnout, and in turn, these factors affect job satisfaction.
